This afternoon was spent up a ladder cleaning the moss and mould off the conservatory roof! It's a strange life being an artist...

Exhibition Ends
The Elixir gallery exhibition closed today, so we popped down to Woolwich to collect the work. Many thanks go to Jeanie, for all her hard work in helping set up and run the exhibition.

Elixir for a rainy day
Despite a horrible journey through the beating rain, there was a warm welcome at the Elixir Gallery this afternoon for the preview opening event. I've already had plenty of enquiries and lots of enthusiastic comments, so the day seemed brighter after that!
Thanks again to everyone who came along, to the arts manager, Jeanie and to Solange who helped organise the afternoon event.

Framing decisions
I have a monumental task ahead of my exhibition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital's Elixir Gallery.
I have enough space to hang around 25 - 30 pictures, which takes care of just about all the frames I have stored! Some will need a good dusting down, some are destined for some alterations (wood staining for example), and many need new mounts. On top of that, there's additional printing to do and posters and information to prepare. Although there's still three weeks to go, I think I have my work cut out for me!

Elixir Gallery
I'm in the process of finalising details of my first exhibition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital's Elixir Gallery in Woolwich.
I'll probably have around 25-30 medium sized framed pictures covering a selection of styles. dates to be confirmed, but the exhibition will probably run for about 5 weeks commencing 1st week of February. Full details will appear here and on my website Events page soon.
