Kings Cross Train Shed

However you look at it, what was formerly known as the 'Midland Grand Hotel', is a fine and impressive building. Most people know it as Kings Cross Station which is still undergoing heavy redevelopment. Built by Sir George Gilbert Scott, to hide the 'Barlow train shed' behind, the gothic facade is much more impressive than the usual tourist traps like Buckingham Palace (in my opinion)!
