I found out on testing the last circuit that the power supply and one of the relays didn't work. At this point, I was getting slightly frustrated, so I scrapped it completely, started again, tested everything and redesigned it properly. (The pic shows the board being tested) - and now, it all works perfectly! Now, where's the rain? :-(
