Splashing Out

Although I've experimented with acrylic framed prints, I was keen to try printing as an integral part of the frame. I 've just had my 'signature piece', Splash, printed and bonded onto acrylic which looks great. It has the added bonus of being able to backlight it, although that would be tricky to achieve for a standard gallery exhibition. Images can also be printed directly onto acrylic ,but any areas of white are not printed, so rely on the colour and luminescence of the background.
